A: Our standard packaging includes a protective pallet base and a plastic film wrap for the entire machine. For shipments to European destinations, we ensure the wooden crates are fumigated as necessary. We use PE film for packing, or tailor packaging to meet specific customer requests.

A: We require a 30% deposit via T/T and the remaining 70% before dispatch. You'll receive detailed photos of the products and packaging
prior to settling the balance.
