Special Shape Plastic Bag Fresh Bag Making Machine for Flower Bag

Characteristics:

The machine is consists of unwinding, main host, rewinding and electronic control part. The whole machine adopts A3 steel plate structure and channel steel base. This machine is suitable for paper straw printing.
1. The main motor adopts imported inverter to control the speed.
2. Both unwinding and rewinding adopt magnetic powder brake and clutch control (or optional Mitsubishi automatic tension controller).
3. Unwinding device is controlled by automatic correction sensor
4. It adopts ceramic anilox roller, which has the characteristics of long life, wear resistance and corrosion resistance. It is very beneficial to reduce the number of replacement of anilox roller and improve printing efficiency.
5. The printing unit is adjusted with a 360 degree circumferential alignment. Each printing unit can be individually toothed or loosened so that other printing units can continue to print.
6. Each printing unit is equipped with a set of infrared drying devices
7. Each printing unit infrared drying device is interchangeable UV drying device
8. Unwinding and rewinding device adopts the air shaft clamping device.
9. When the ink is parked, the ink roller can be automatically disengaged and conveyed at a low speed to prevent the ink from drying out.

A: The normal package is making a pallet to protect the machine at the bottom and wrap the whole machine with plastic film packing. If export to EUROPEAN countries, the wooden box will be fumigated. we  use PE film for packing or pack it according to customers special request.
